*When you fill out your profile to become a Lean In Energy Member, you will be asked if you want to join our Small-Group Mentoring Program and/or Flash Mentoring Programs as either a Mentor and/or Mentee. Your answer will auto-enroll you into the Programs.

*Also, upon profile completion, you will be placed in our Communities networking platform and will have access to our Global Community, a Regional Community, and unlimited Special Interest Communities.

Update for Small Group Mentoring -- Registration Deadline Extended

Registration for mentors and mentees is from February 22nd - March 26th

New members must join Lean In Energy in order to register for the Small-Group Mentoring Program

Existing Small-Group Mentoring Program members (or existing members of other Lean In Energy Programs) will just need to
re-register/join the program, indicate whether you would like to be a mentor or mentee (or both!), and make any necessary profile updates

Program launches April 5th and closes September 30th

Small-Group Mentoring Program

The Small-Group Mentoring Program facilitates mentoring relationships that connect one Mentor to four Mentees to learn and develop. Small-Group Mentoring helps you to expand networks, gain new knowledge and insights, and build new skills. It allows you to be Mentored by individuals across the energy value-chain, and in varying stages of careers.

Flash Mentoring, or one-on-one, one-time mentoring, provides a focused opportunity for networking and learning experiences. Flash Mentoring helps you learn job related skills, gain cross-departmental knowledge, explore internal career paths and build stronger networks -- all with no minimum time commitments.
